Espécime(s) Tipo: Holotype adult female and five paratype adults deposited in alcohol in the US National Museum. Five paratype adults deposited in the Canadian National Collection (Ottawa) and five in the Georgia Museum of Natural History (Natural History Building, University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia). Two paratype adults are deposited in the National Institute for Amazonian Research, Biodiversity Coordination, CEP 69067-375 Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil. 30 paratype adults (eight in alcohol, 28 dissected and slide-mounted) in the personal collection of RA Norton
